Current Studio Schedule
More than ever, we need yoga and we need each other!
More than ever, we need yoga and we need each other!
- The studio is currently offering classes in three ways:
- Live Stream classes on Zoom. Click here to see our class schedule. Monthly unlimited auto-renewing members are welcome to join in on these sessions at anytime. If you are a tiered member (with one or two classes/week) then you are welcome to attend classes as well. Please check in via Zen Planner ahead of class. You can also use a single class drop in ($20) or one of the passes on your class pass to attend classes.
- Studio classes. We do have a limited number of classes that are happening in the studio (utilizing social distancing and other safety standards.) Classes are limited and therefore reserving and purchasing classes ahead of time is imperative. See below for in studio protocols.
- In the park class. Every Saturday we are having a yoga in the park (Duck Yoga) class. See the schedule for more information. Make sure you have your phone number listed on your Zen Planner profile so we can update you on cancellations due to weather if need be.
- Our "The Yoga Casa Online" has been set up. You can get to the page by clicking on the link at the top of the website. There is a library of classes there that are available for our monthly auto-renew members.
- We welcome everyone to stay in touch with us via our Facebook public page and our Instagram page. There is a private Facebook group that has been set up for monthly auto-renew members to stay in contact with the studio. (Please let me know if you are a monthly member and have not been added to that group.)
In-studio protocols
Things have changed a little bit!
Things have changed a little bit!
- Students are required to sign up and pay in advance via the Zen Planner app. (No "walk ins")
- All students should wear a mask when they enter the studio.
- Students should immediately remove their shoes and wear socks (there is a shoe cubby by the door now).
- Students should bring all props they wish to use to class with them. Community props will not be provided.
- Class size will be limited and mats will be distanced 6-7 feet apart.
- Once class begins, masks/socks become optional because social distancing is in place (teachers/students decide if they choose to wear a mask or not).
- As soon as class ends, masks are required to be put back on.
- Bathrooms are open for use but please should spray down surfaces with Lysol after use.
As a reminder, there are three ways you can take classes with The Yoga Casa.
